    50 mesh is also the choice for sifting confectioner’s sugar (finer than flour).]

    This commercial-grade sifter merges lightness with strength.

    Built for all-day use in bakery kitchens,
    the sifter has a frame that’s hard to bend (we tried to and couldn’t).

    Yet despite its toughness,
    this sifter is light to hold–even the 16-1/2-inch one, at a lightweight 1.8 pounds.

    The mesh screen is taut, its border tucked into and gripped by a groove in the sifter frame.
